Our three service departments include; Home Care, Counseling, and Community Education and Wellness.  Each Department supervisor is committed to maintaining quality and affordability in the services their department delivers. The agency's business structure provides department supervisors flexibility when designing services to fit unique needs and situations. Home care services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a pre-scheduled basis. Counseling and Wellness Services are available by appointment. Day and evening appointments are available.

For your protection, we screen and perform background checks on all applicants. Upon hire, each staff receives orientation and commits to ongoing training. While on assignment, our staff are supervised, insured and have access to an on call supervisor to address emergencies. All professional staff is required to maintain continuing education requirements, current certifications and licenses.

With respect to your privacy, we recognize the sensitive and confidential nature of the services we provide. We commit to keeping all sensitive client information confidential and only accessible to authorized staff. In addition, all staff receive training in client confidentiality and commit to upholding the terms of our Privacy Notice.
